An unemployed couple has been living in one of the four first levels appartments up until like two weeks ago, maybe one. The post service has given them a package of me before despite me always ordering packages so I can welcome them personally and my neighbours don't have to take that burden.

GLS is another company than DHL. GLS probably don't have access to the DHL packstations, I don't know.
The delivery address was my packstation address. I just changed the bill address to my appartments address because I've had problems with putting the packstation address as the bill address before, since they need a "real address.
So they just sent it directly to my home despite me entering a packstation address as the delivery address.
I had two options for the delivery company: GLS or pickup by the customer.
Their information technology employee should have written their form in a way I am not even able to enter a packstation address because apparently they don't send to those. Or that their script recognizes when somebody enters a a packstation address.
