Goal Tennis
>single fenced tennis court, 4 players (2v2) and a soccer ball, first to 10 and win by two
>you must kick the ball over the net and it must bounce off the floor at least once and hit the other side's fence
>you can only defend the ball with your body or legs but you cannot use your hand BUT you can use your hands out of desperation 3 times and the every time you use your hands after 3 is a point
>if the ball bounces off the ground, hits your body, and then your goal fence, it's a point. You must completely stop the ball or kick it to one of the side fences to make it a zero ball
>if the ball hits the side fence before touching the goal fence it is automatically a zero ball (no chance of scoring)
>if the ball goes over the fence, which team touched it last gets penalised, you get 3 out's and every time you get an out it's a point

Me and a friend used to play the ideal game for fatasses:
DOORBALL
Basically, it's two lads sitting opposite each other with two doors (in a competitive setting probably two planks of appropriate height and width). Object of the game was to hit the door/goal behind the sitting player with a soft ball (usually in the size of these mini soccer balls). The challenge is that a goal only scores if it hits the door either at the maximum reach of the opponent or lower.

One touch football. It's football, but played 5 against 5, on a football pitch half the size of a normal pitch and players are allowed to touch the ball only once. If they touch it more than once, the other side gets a free kick
I had this as a dream sport for a long time. I call it
Blasting Dash
Each team starts out on one side of a predetermined arena. There could be various arenas though with lots of varieties. They all feature symmetry on each side so it's fair and has a lot of obstacles like stairs, platforms, trampoline high bounces, underground holes, secret tunnels, elevated catwalks etc. At the ends of each side of that arena, there is a gigantic metallic slab with a hole on it at least 5 feet by feet feet. This slab with hole is raised about 15 feet off the grouna with a cushion underneath. This is the goal.
At the center of the arena is the ball. The game is played with every holding an electronic laser gun that can simulate a wide range of weapons. It can fire semi auto as a pistol, it can fire precisely like a sniper rifle or go full auto. There are various beacons around the arena that when you walk over, your gun will pick up and "activate" that mode for you. Without any beacon activations, your gun is just a single fire weak pistol. Everyone also has another special gun magnet gun capable of holding onto a magnetized ball. Which brings me to the ball.
The ball itself can be activated or deactivated. It is always in the center of the arena in the exact spot where the symmetry starts. When a player walks to the ball and uses his or her ball gun (ball launcher actually) they can pick up the ball with its not activated magnets attracted to the guns magnets. The second function of the gun is to fire that ball back out. Upon firing the ball loses its magnetic properties by deactivating the field until it gets near another gun. This means it can act like a regular bouncing ball after launch until someone either grabs it with their gun or it is passed to another player who can snag it with their BLs magnet from the air.

At no point in any time can the player ever touch the ball with anything but their ball launcher.
With all that in mind now. The goal of the game is to get the ball to the aforementioned goal. You can launch it in as long as it goes through the hoop which will have sensors for 3 points. Or you can jump into the goal from platforms above or trampolines (hence the cushions beneath the goal) for 6 points.
There are 5 players on each side with a bench of 5. The aforementioned laser guns all have distinct dmage values to it as do the players wearing sensors with distinct HP values. These can change also by other beacons to activate more functions for you such as doubling your hp or damage. When a player reaches 0 HP they will be sensed to be out of the game and everything will deactivate they have to run back to the start and tag the next bench player in. If a team is good enough, they can actually wipe out the entire opposing team and take advantage as the other team is "dead" walking back to its base. There is an unlimited amount of times this can happen.
First to 15 wins.
It is an extremely atheletic sport requiring a lot of fast thinking stamina and athleticism to traverse the obstacles or avoid players but also requires tactical decisions on how to "carry" the ball up or avoid teams and decision making when your team is down and waiting for back up. There is also the element of marksmanship with the whole laser rifle varieties and ball launcher shooting and catching.

Just remembered. Additionally when the ball carrier. I.e. guy who has ball, has the ball, his sensors start glowing lighting him up and using him as the ball carrier. Also the ball carrier must hold onto his BL (with both hands, normal carry) at all times or the ball will deactivate and drop. This means he can still run or jump and stuff but cannot grab his other rifle to shoot. Being that everything is electronic and lasers, both guns and sensors are extremely light weight allowing for minimal penalties to mobility and versatility.

Professional Airsoft.
Airsoft teams fight each other in arenas. Capture the flag. Plant a 'bomb' (place a timer in certain area and defend it till it blows). Kill the entire team.
Then have countries face each other.
My mates invented a game called "One Touch, One Bounce".
Group of 8 or so people stand in a circle. You get a bouncy ball, like a tennis ball or a mini-soccer ball, bounce it in the middle.
The goal is to hit the ball to other people and either: 1. Make them take more than one touch or 2. Make it so the ball bounces more than once. You can only use your head/body/legs/feed, not your arms or hands.
If the ball goes to you and you touch it more than once, you're out. If it goes to you and you allow it to bounce more than once, you're out. You purposely pass it to other people in such a way that it makes them touch it twice or makes it impossible for them to get it before it bounces again.
You keep doing this till it's 1v1 and the winner then bounces the ball at the start of the next round.
I made this game up in school, I'm an Ausfag. It became super popular with all the sportfags and badboys. We had some gay name but I forgot.

In college my friends and I would play nut ball. Essentially you stand about 50 ft or so away from each other facing each one another. You each take turns lobbing one of those vortex footballs at each other's balls. But you can't defend against the incoming projectile, or even move, and if you do you lose. You just have to watch and feel that sinking feeling in your stomach as the ball arcs toward your groin. Nothing beats the relief when it just hits your leg. The horror, the sheer dread of waiting for that point contact is enough to break any man. First one to 5 nut shots wins, or last one who doesn't flinch.
