Dude needs to get paid and he knows that. everyone in his life has a good grasp on his new career trajectory and are wisely telling him to make money while he can.
Eventually he'll leave the game and take an administrative job and at a D3 program or somethign. This job will pay about 68K/annum and mostly be about receiving health care and having a place to go most days of the week.
