I love the guy, he's the heart and soul of this sorry ass organisation, but tbph parting ways would be the best thing for both sides now: Hue wants to start from scratch and rebuild through the draft, and you can get a whole lot for JT, while Joe can finally get out of this miserable entourage and compete for the owl with a playoff team.
However, he's not too old yet, if the rebuild goes as planned, he might have a shot at a ring with Cleveland in 4 years or so.
