If Cryuff was so good, why haven't the Netherlands ever won a World Cup?

Reasons The Netherlands has become a joke
Dutch FA wants
> "Hollandse School" football style
> Living of past glory
> Has not adapted to modern football styles
> Forced all clubs to keep to Financial Fair Play, even though it has not yet been ratified by UEFA
Dutch acadmies in general
> Too much focus on creating technically educated players
> Not developing skilled players
> Too much emphisis on ball possession
> Always building up from the back
> Endlessly passing the ball around
> Not daring to attack or make an attempt on goal
Ajax
> Entire club is a mess
> Academy is crumbling
> Too many former stars are now at the club that firing any of them would be seen as heracy.
Feyenood and PSV
> Sells too many of it's players
> Not enough from the academy are flowing through
> The ones that do flow through are not good enough / ready
How to fix this mess
> Dutch FA, Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord need to watch this video : https://vimeo.com/51391314
> Watch from 30min 50seconds onwards
> To see how Germany changed it Club and National team football
> In short The Netherlands need to follow Germany's example

The Netherlands can not play football.
When they come up against an opponent whom is technically and tactically stronger, the Dutch play ugly and destructive football.

Should I go on, regarding how dirty the Dutch are ?
Also how incapable they are of playing football normally without resorting to destructive football?

I'd argue that is because Dutch football isn't used to aggressive football like in South Europe or South America. We will give in to emotions and go blind in anger, doing stupid-as-fuck stuff in front of the referee, while the other team is being way smarter about it.
>And take Johan Cruyff's farewell fixture for Ajax against Bayern Munich. You might think the result doesn't matter in a testimonial and, by and large, you'd be right, but what about when the team you invite turn up and give you a proper shoeing?
>"The German champions wanted to show their Dutch counterparts something after earlier defeats and not being welcomed at Schiphol Airport," writes Dave G Boham. "They even had to sleep at a sub-par hotel. After jeers from the crowd, they showed their hosts something. Three goals were disallowed during the 8-0 hammering dished out by the Bavarians. The Ajax players just wanted to have a good time.
Reminder that Cruyff couldn't even win his last game ever.

He was injured for 1 WC. Stopped playing international 1 year before another one.
So he only participated in 1 WC and narrowly lost against Germany in the final.
The Germany that had players from Bayern that won 3 CL titles in a row during those years.
