As a Londoner its because Arsenal is seen as the ''Hip club'' and the first Immigrant friendly club in London. Chelsea,West ham and Spurs was very racist in the 80s(especially West ham,Millwall and Chelsea) While Arsenal has always been friendly to niggas and of course they had Kanu and Ian Wright (black premier league super stars)
Chelsea have mostly White people and tourist
West ham fans most of them dont even live in London but live in Essex (I should know I support West ham)

Most people in London are white but the problem is they are not british white (there are only 40% white British in London) A lot of white people from London are Eastern Europeans just like how Hispanics are to America.
London is full of Polish/romanians,Nigerian,Indian/South Asians,Brazilians,Chinese students and Filipinos(who mostly works in the Hospitals)

But You have to live in one of the ''Ghetto areas'' areas that are mostly Immigrants or working class English people. The most notorious one is East London (West Ham is the premier league team here) its very cheap on London standards but you have to live with Indians,Eastern Europeans,Chavy/white trash english people and Muslims are your neighbours.
The good thing is Its London it has one of the best transport system in the world and you can live in a shithole but spend your quality time in the good parts in less than an hour. That is what many people do live in a ghetto area but work and part in the good areas.
