I don't know where it ranks, but Wii Sports' golf was based. The perfect balance between a moderate amount of skill needed combined with enough casual play with a really chill settings and soundtrack to give a satisfying comfy experience. You could chose to make the golf pose or just sit and waggle the wiimote and still play it the same.
