The knowledge on how to train a striker was lost in the early 00s, Adriano and Luís Fabiano were the last. There's just no know-how in the youth-divisions anymore.
But at least FIFA banned third-party ownership in 2015. First good thing they've ever done in a long time. Maybe clubs will start to give more of a shit then.
