The italians have only themselves to blame for their unfair TV money distribution in their domestic league. They spent years giving Juve more than any English team got even though their league made less, making their smaller teams shit. In the short term that's good for them, but in the long term it makes their league weak and boring and it gets less attention and less money because it's boring and is a few big teams going up against losers every week.
If they hadn't been so fucking corrupt and greedy, maybe Juve would be playing in a decent, interesting league that had people from all over the world wanting to tune in every week. But I suppose it's easier just to whine and want to latch onto other European clubs to try and make money with a super league.

That's the problem with every other league, except the English. Sure, the league-winner is almost always gonna be one of the big four, but game for game you just don't know. The rest of the leagues are pretty one sided, and the middle/bottom teams have no attraction.
The Rummenigge way is to make the rich clubs even more rich and keep their leagues even more uninteresting and subsequently more one sided and more unattractive to the audience. They're shooting themselves in the foot if this happens
