Unfortunately I'd say it is the single most important part of being a striker and it's the one piece Giroud doesn't have. This is why when people say he's not world class I can't exactly argue with them, even though I think he's fantastic at other things. His holding the ball play is phenomenal but it's just not deemed important enough a skill to sell people on to him.
If Arsenal had a decent striker Ozil would have over 30 assists by now.
