Fisher is a good coach who has had to deal with absolute dumpster fires (Tennessee and St Louis) if you gave him the Bucs he would have been 10-6 this year.

Seriously you have had 3 different coaches since Ron Rivera was hired. He had a losing record his first two years too but we stayed the coarse. How can you build anything if you tear the whole house down and build another every two years? Cam has been using the same scheme and ran it for 5 years which allowed him to develop and play the way he is playing now because he didn't have to learn a new offense every couple years stunting his growth. Jameis Winston played very well under Koetter who could go to Miami which leaves Jameis Winston square one.
I'm thankful the Carolina Panthers are a franchise of patience and growth. We wouldn't be where we are if we didn't let Ron Rivera develop as coach along with Cam Newton as a quarterback.
