Amateur and semi-pro is shit, a 15k pack and a 7.5 one.
I played one on legendary, lost in the final. Got 2 15ks and a 7.5k
It's not worth it offline, especially when you get a 50k pack for winning it online, or if you're really lucky a 100k pack.

TOTY is next week or something, which is when EA release TOTY cards for a week. Because everyone wants to pack a TOTY, a shit ton of packs are opened and the market completely crashes.
Because everyone wants a TOTY card, no one pays attention to the market or players they're listing up on the market, so you can get players and IF's for a lot less than what they were/will go for.
The idea is to pick up the good IF's from the TOTW while the 100k packs are out for a cheap price, then sell them after TOTY for profit.
IF Koscielny might be 100-200k now, but when the TOTY pack hype hits, he'll drop a lot in price because of the amount of packs being opened and the influx of players on the market.

Try to pass more and quicker. Play one-twos and pass in triangles, it completely bypasses the guys who pressure all game.
Defend with two players, if there's two of your players near an opposition attacker in your half, highlight the one furthest away and defend with him, the CPU of the other will do a lot of work and if he beats him you can usually sweep in with your player and take the ball.

Packs are godawful this year, which is one of the main reasons I switched to NHL. I opened 3 packs in NHL yesterday and got players worth more than what I packed in over 100 fifa packs this year. I might just buy Gattuso and Nesta for my gens and just uninstall the game.

Well I use wired controllers and I play on PC so I plug it into the USB port on the front of the computer. Same thing happens with every one of my controllers. After awhile if I'm in a match and move the controller just a little it takes me to the controller setup screen.
I imagine I'd be better off with wireless but I don't know how that would work with a PC.

They need to have the ai all one level in seasons. A major problem in this game is ai controlled defenders around the byline, they get fooled too easy and become unresponsive even if you user them as you cant user everyone, this is the main way goals are scored.
I do it myself as not doing it would put me at a disadvantage.
Unless they sort the ai out , its pointless to continue playing. And boring.

Set crossing to semi. Do the drills, to know what type of cross to use in what situation.
Also 80+ for crossing is needed. Lets say you have 2 st and 2 wingers, the st needs to be good in the air and also volleys + finishing.
When crossing, make sure there is space for you to cross and release the sprint button before you cross.
Normally, deep crosses use normal cross to float it in, low crosses use toward the byline and pull it back. Just practice to know what power to use.

Workrates don't mean much. I just set Gomes to stay back while attacking and that fixes that issue, although I use a different formation with three CMs (which he could do with a variation of 4-3-3 if he wanted).

This remembers when I was playing my player career mode. On my first international game with Portugal, the USA (away from home) had 73% possession when the first half finished.
But I can still play FUT, even if it makes me mad sometimes. Try a new formation or a new squad for once in a while and it might work out to be a good one.
This Fifa Online 3 seems neat. Every player has a version for every season an it plays like FIFA 11/13.

Yea, quite a lot, it's not difficult to start, and the first offline league is amateur, so you just learn how to play until you can go to better and more difficult divisions.
I myself use the Singapore server (you have to use asian servers to play, if you don't you literally can't play) and it's ok (with the exception of multiplayer). Fun game, desu.

Any player. Shit it defaults you to MissiNermanSuarez. I picked Zlatan/TS/Sideshow Bob. Important note, if you pick from weaker teams (by star rating) you can choose more than 3.
Contracts you just pay in coins. Negotiated in 40 game batches. The higher a players overall, the more expensive it is. Dont worry though you will have no problem renewing your squad.
Chemistry does not exist. What there is is a system called "team colors" where having a certain amount of players of one team/nation/league in your starting eleven will give the entire team minor stat boosts.
Coaches are there but they just give minor stat boosts as well, and you can only assign like 5 coaches. You get two free staff packs per day.
