Depends on what you look for in an assman. Since I pretty much only use them for a 2nd opinion on player's relative ability and potential, I'd go with Riekerink. If you want one that would also be decent at judging squad management, go with Riederink. If you're a pleb that needs his assman to tell him how to tictac, go with Henke.
