Rodgers had played all the top teams away from home and we were in touching distance of the top 4 when he was fired. Klopp has done well against the other big away games e.g. City, Chelsea, Leicester, Spurs and we are still within touching distance.
To be fair to Rodgers, if you take out the horrible tactics and selection howlers this season - he had a nightmare schedule at the start of the season and came through it not too far off where we needed to be. Klopp was a no-brainer and will benefit from having the "hard" away games out of the way. I fancy us to sneak top 4.
