For those of you looking for a technical breakdown of Rousey's punching technique based on OPs video, here it is.
1.) jabs should be thrown in a straight line (her elbow flares out)
2.) the body, specifically the shoulder, is used to throw a snapping punch (she leads with the fist, which leads to pushing punches)
3.) Usually the fist is not clenched until the moment of impact (hers is tensed the whole time, leading to slower punches)
4.) The knuckles should land flush against the intended target (her wrists are limp)
5.) No hip rotation when throwing the right cross, thus no power.
6.) Chin not tucked in the whole time (higher chance of being knocked out)
7.) Eyes not focused on the target (even in shadow boxing, you need to focus on your intended target).
8.) No rhythm to her punches
I don't know shit about MMA, other than the "Sugar Stance" is widely used so I don't know if this is how all MMA fighters throw punches, but from a boxing perspective, her form is shit.

Actually, the first knockdown was not un-similar to the Holm Rousey fight as Holm is a southpaw (right hand in front) and the way that MMA fighters don't keep their hands up leaves them wide open for the southpaw left cross.
The final KO just looked like a lucky punch (against from keeping the damn hands down) and getting back-handed across the jaw (it looked like the same kind of rotational KO as a hook has).
