So I'm extremely hands off when it comes to American Football but a quick skim through this season has just alerted me to the fact this lot have won all 14 of their games this season.
Now I'm aware of the 18-1 meme, but what's the chances that either that happening again, or this team doing an undefeated season?
Has a team done 19-0 before?
Is 2015-16 going to be a GOAT year for sports all round?
I think I speak for most Americans when I say that I wouldn't be mad if the Panthers won it all. They've been shitty throughout their entire history, unlike the New Asterisk Cheatriots. Realistically though the Panthers are going to likely lose in the first round of the playoffs. They haven't played anyone good this entire season yet.

>They've been shitty throughout their entire history
>Been around for 20 years
>6 Playoff appearances
>3 Conference Championship Games
>1 Superbowl appearance
>You
Think they just said on tv that only 4 teams have ever done a 14-0 and only the Colts have an 19-0 season. so yea its very rare.

Well, you'd be wrong then. Nobody wants to see a team go 19-0 except for Carolinafags.

For being so young they've done very well. Panthers are the best team in the NFL.

yea yea im blind and deaf
Only the DOLPHINS have a perfect season with a 17-0 wich was a full season at that time
Apart from the 1972 Dolphins, three NFL teams have completed undefeated and untied regular seasons: the 1934 Chicago Bears, the 1942 Chicago Bears, and the 2007 New England Patriots.
How would you react if the Panthers 18-1'd to New England?

Pats went 18-1 so not undefeated and who gives a fuck about Semi-pro '34 and '42 seasons

>completed undefeated and untied regular seasons
Can you even read?
>>64365820

>>64365884
Who the hell cares about regular season. The entire thing matters
>>64365958
It's still a record
>>64364937
They have first round bye. They literally cannot lose in the first round.
>>64366010
A meaningless record unless you think 18-1 is something to be proud of
>>64366033
It's not?
How many teams ever had that good of a year?
