Oi, Which race is the strongest? Western Africans are the fastest, that's why most sprinters particularly have that Western African Ancestry, they have the most Fast Twitch Muscles. While their counter parts Eastern African are usually the top in long distance such as marathons. I'll give an example of this, I believe around 36 or 34 Eastern Africans (Keep in mind I cannot find proper citation for this) broke 2 hours and ten minutes in a marathon. While 17 Americans runners broke 2 hours and Ten Minutes over the years. But what I'm asking is which group of people are known for their physical strength.
Please keep this thread civil, I do not want this thread to dissolve into a Race War. I'm merely asking this out of curiosity.
