When the ball bounces right before the goal it makes the shot harder to stop and sometimes causes the keeper to blunder and deflect the ball incorrectly, however in the goals i mentioned they didn't even reach the ball. What's weird is that none of those shots seemed very powerful and they also weren't as well placed as you'd expect.
