They really should. The players are smaller and slower, so it makes sense to reduce the space they have to play in. Might make the games more exciting to watch, and maybe women's soccer can get viewers based on the actual entertainment and not based on "girl power".

The problem here is the majority of womens teams (all?) groundshare with mens teams, meaning having two sets of nets and constantly changing the markings on the pitch.
In a world where womens football has financial backing and can afford purpose-built stadia (even like 5,000 capacity) for each top club, it's a good idea but as things stand, totally impractical.

soccer is an endurance/speed sport so I don't see any reason why women shouldn't play on the same field size. the goals could be a little smaller to represent the size of the average woman compared to the average man, but since they can't kick like men anyway it doesn't really matter.
