It's happened a few times in my game that I've negotiated a contract with a player which was acceptable, but then after a few days he suddenly rejects it because it wasn't good enough. Is this a bug? Or is it normal for them to suddenly decide that what they previously thought was acceptable suddenly isn't. It only happens when I've negotiated what seems like a really good deal, but it's really annoying since the game is basically lying to me.

Height is generally tied to jumping reach so generally players with larger height have a bigger jumping reach but if by some miracle you found a 4'11 midget with jumping reach 20 he'd still be better in the air than a 7'0 giant with 19 jumping reach.
Height just means nothing really and was probably only put in because people think it should be there.
