Second Jordan retired fucking twice. He literally took years off during his prime. I'm sure Kobe could average 20 at 40 years old if he wasn't playing almost 40 MPG and dropping 81 and averaging almost 36 PPG during his prime.
He'd probably be averaging 23-25PPG right now if he retired from 2005-2009. But of course none of this factors in the fact that Kobe came straight out of high school at 17 vs Jordan playing in college. Or the fact that Jordan only played 15 seasons while Kobe is in his 20th.

The only way I counted it as such was because I was only accounting for Kobe's accomplishments sans Shaq because it's a fairer comparison between the two players. But if you want to count all of them then Kobe is 2/7 in Finals MVP to LBJ's 2/5 but is 5/7 in rings to LBJ's 2/5. I know which one I'd rather have. And before you bring up "Oh but Shq did it!"
