Depends where in the city you are. The further north you go, its slightly more hit and miss, but at least they speak english. East side is best avoided under all circumstances. Southside, you get even more fatties, but they don't speak english at all, so the accent wont break you, and the money will make you. West side is less fat lower-middle/middle class mexican women, accent shouldnt be a problem, and money will definately work.
