What is he missing to be considered GOAT material?
Kobe
a shirt made of lebrons skin
sustainable play at a high level
many players have come and gone with a few good seasons and a championship. the GOATs play like that for 10+ years with multiple 'ships
also his team is a meme so that doesn't help

GOAT defense and sustainability
To be considered GOAT, you have to dominate both ends for at least most of your career start to finish and win multiple titles.
MJ , KAJ, Wilt = All arguably the true GOAT because criteria mentioned above apply to all 3.
Magic and Bird = Honorable mention GOATs. Both sputtered at the end of their careers. Magic never dominated defensively, Bird struggled with injuries.
No one has dominated both ends of the game like and since Jordan, Kareem and Wilt.

I don't think anyone will ever surpass Jordan and Curry is already 27
He'll be remembered as the greatest shooter, but not as the GOAT
He's also got >only 9k points at 27 years old but he'll shatter every 3pt record

>I don't think anyone will ever surpass Jordan and Curry is already 27
To be fair, Jordan did not win a championship until he was 28 so Curry is ahead in that department.
Still, anyone who thinks Curry has a chance of becoming the GOAT is a huge memer.

This pretty much, longevity separates GOAT tier from really good. He has the tools, now to see if he can sustain it and keep adapting to what the game throws at him in years to come.
>b-b-but he can't defend
This is how you out yourself as a true pleb
