Right now they are. But they won't win it because they lack depth, and with Levy wanting a new stadium I'm not sure he'll want to spend much in January.
The way they're playing I think they'll get top 4.
Liverpool have a better manager but a worse team all round, and unless they invest in January they'll finish 5th.
Both teams could be in with shout of winning the Europa League, or at least doing quite well in it if they actually try in it, though I'd say Liverpool could more so than Spurs based on their managers attitude to it.
Leicester will finish top 8. They're in a purple patch but have had an easy run of games. They'll just do what Southampton and the likes have done before them and finish 7th, get Europa League and do fuck all in it.
