2. They've had large leads most of the year, forcing opponents to abandon the run.
The telling numbers are they have faced the 2nd fewest attempts in their conference but have still given up the 2nd most rushing TDs. Teams can run on you, but they abandon the game plan for passing, while prevents runners from getting in a groove. Running games are most effective in late game situations when teams are battered and bruised, but the Falcons have faced minimal 4th Q runs.
