That said, I do not think the Panthers will go undefeated this year -- they're playing the kind of slug-it-out, wrassle in the mud football that means many games are going to be close. A bad break somewhere along the line, and they get a loss.
But it's not about being undefeated until you get to January -- then we'll see what happens.
