Generally, no. There's always a backup to cover in case of injuries or in case there's a situation where you have to play two days in a row. Wings are in a different situation because Howard was the starter for a long time, but when he got hurt last year, Mrazek rose up as the new hotness and blew everyone's fucking minds. So there arose a goaltender controversy. I think Mrazek should be the obvious choice -- definitely moving forward.
