I play daily fantasy sports and there's definitely skill involved. When I started I was shit, but once I figured out what I was doing wrong I was able to improve big time. Either in the money or close to it in any contest I enter, barring an injury that fucks me over.
But ultimately I don't see the issue either way. It does take skill but that shouldn't matter. DK and Fanduel are both taxed, winnings are taxed, it's being as closely regulated now as anything.

Legalizing it would regulate and tax it, it'd bring more watchdogs and the IRS (who catch every fuck up). If anything, legalizing sports gambling would clean up our sports.
