It's not just that. He's historically difficult to work with, seems like most of his players don't really like him, many have spoken against him in the past. You can tell just by watching the sidelines that he isn't a great leader. His talent almost makes up for it though.

FWIW i'm from MN and my wife is from Green Bay so we're out there quite a bit. As long as you don't live in Brown County you'll be living like a king. Brown County rapes you with taxes to pay for the recent stadium renovations (you'd think the team could afford it without soaking the taxpayers as there's no real 'owner' taking all the profits, who the fuck knows what shady shit is going on for them to have actually be taking money from the community).

Appleton and Green Bay are pretty close to each other geographically. Appleton is about 25% smaller, but its part of a collection of other nearby cities (the Fox cities) so its region feels bigger. Green Bay is a little more isolated in that regard.
Neither city is some great bustling place to be. It's hard to even say which is better, I dont consider either of them to be a desirable place to be. But coming from the south, maybe youll like it.
Winters dont stop any industry other than landscaping. Yeah, its cold as shit sometimes across the entire Midwest, but you get used to it. As someone with allergies who hates being hot, I love winrer. Good luck bro, feel free to ask more specific questions
