He needs to play and shoot well more consistently. Well enough to score 10-18 pts probably. The Kings need more perimeter shooting to punish teams for collapsing on Rondo driving or Cousins.
The Kings were bad before he got there. They haven't won 30+ games in 6-7 years. They aren't magically a Final contender now. Teams take time to learn to play together in most cases, but people look at teams like the 2007 Celtics and pretend that's normal and expect other teams to gel instantly.
