The specialty in Finland are the so called kirkasvalolamput 'bright light lamps' which are lamps around 50 times the power of normal lamps (by their lux count). Many families have one they put on the kitchen table and have on during breakfast every morning, since the stronger light wakes you up better than normal light.
I guess it might be the same as a light box, but I have never heard the term before.

It's a much better criteria for measuring violence in societies, your table excludes stabbings, stranglings and people getting beaten to death which are pretty fucking violent if you ask me.
