How deep is the outfield? I can't imagine a situation where you don't just soccer style kick it and homerun every time.

A lot of the league plays in fall leagues out at Dicks, but DKBC officially ended in late August.
What's the point of competitive kickball? No one can kick it far enough in the outfield for anything meaningful to happen. Hardly anyone can ever kick it hard enough to get it past the infielders for a single. So, you can either kick it like a queen like three feet down the third base line, or maybe somehow line it into the shallow outfield.
What am I missing?
