when you factor in home field advantage I have Leeds as very small favorites by elo. Then considering a ~30% chance of a draw you don't want to take Cardiff at odds less than 3.0. If you have odds at 3.0 or better by all means make the bet as there is small value there - I'm small on Cardiff ML @ 3.05

obviously the english champions League is not the premiership and the odds I have available do not mirror Vegas odds.
