the biggest pointer i found was to get on a major highway. local highways usually have local drivers. major highways have long haul truckers. it is better to flash to the long haul guys, they are less likely to recognize you the next time your both shopping at your local target.
another good pointer was to look for drivers who may give indications somewhere on their truck that they are up for it. any sort of cross or mention of god on the truck is someone you shouldn't flash. any trucker with bumper stickers with girls, those mudflap girls or anything like that is usually up for it. if you see a black bumper sticker that say WOW on it they are very much down that stands for Whip-em Out Wednesday.
