You look like a cross between Jorma Taccone and Mike Stoklasa. Honestly you probably fall between average and above average. I'd worry less about your look and focus on just being a cool guy to be around. Tons of dudes get plenty of action/popularity who are far less attractive than you. Just be funny or casual. If you can play that guitar well, be that guitar guy everyone knows!

Probably not the answer you're hoping for but honestly I don't see anything that needs work in terms of looks. Everyone caters to someone's idea of attractive.
