There is no anime based on the second game, or one based on the third game. It's complicated.
The third game is unrelated to the first two plot-wise, and as a result barely counts as a sequel. There ARE going to be two shows airing, but neither are adaptations of the second or third game. The first show acts as a prequel showing the characters from the second game before the events of the second game, and the second show acts as a sequel to the first two games, wrapping up the plotline.
