I did not know where to ask and I guess there's a lot of sexually active people here.
I have started a relationship with much younger girl. I'm around 30, she is around 20. We have started having sex few months ago. Before her I was single for more less 3 years.
The problem is my sexual performance is completely random. One time I can barely get hard and i don't last long. Other times I got rock hard and could fuck for an hour.
This is a complete mystery to me, and my only answer to that is I got older and teenager boners are forever gone. Is this normal at the age of 30? Should I start taking medicines? I have never experienced this kind of issues with previous partners, bit again, I was around 25 back then.
Anyway, what can I do to improve my sex life? I've already quit smoking and energy drinks, I stopped fapping months ago, and almost completely stopped watching porn. Anything else I should do?
