Try to associate their being assholes less with being attractive/white and more with them being just assholes. White people vary alot, you'll learn that pretty fast if you just go out and talk to them.

In answer to your question, both? Interaction wise I have trouble interacting with most females and attractive guys. I have a few very good female friends but I don't care about what people think -- my friends tell me my bluntness = condescending/not socially aware. Attractive white guys scare me because I was bullied by several when I was younger. I'm worried that they look down on me (both literally and figuratively) and think I'm either dumb or unattractive.
I do like a white guy in my year actually, but he's very quiet and I've only carried 1 long conversation w/ him before I got scared (attractive white guy) and stopped talking to him. I made it my goal to ask him out before the term ends, but I need advice on looks/talking to people in general.

As far as aesthetics go, you don't really need a lot of work, you're already quite pretty, the only things I could suggest would be maybe cover that mole on your chin (cause it's literally the only flaw I could find) and eyeliner, but that's probably just cause I like girls in a lot of eyeliner.

Google "sundress" and "casual minidress". At your age, with your face and body, you'll look stunning. I don't know what your legs look like under those baggy clothes, but baggy clothing in general will make you less attractive. An a-line skirt that ends above the knee will play your legs to maximum advantage.

Curvy legs due to muscle can be fine. Hence a flowing a-line skirt. A tight skirt would emphasize your thighs and butt. Those may be great, but in the clothes in your pic I can't tell so I'll take your word for it that they're a little more muscular. You want it to end above the knee to draw the eye up from your calves (which also I'm taking your word for). A flowing miniskirt will draw the eyes to the most slender parts of your legs. High heels will help ENORMOUSLY; they change the whole shape of your leg.

First off, I'm a man. So grain of salt.
I teach persuasion science at a university. So yeah sciencey stuff, plus lots of undergrad girls in my class and the class discussion on fashion is lively. Then there's the grad student girls who are young, sexy, smart, and professional. My wife is into fashion, too. I've learned a lot.
I also dated many, many asian girls when I was younger. Most of my friend group was asian. My first GF was latino, and then I was in my mid 20's the next time I dated a white girl. So I know (second hand) some of the pressures.
Your legs and shoulders look excellent. As in, like, perfect. Seriously, not overmuscled or broad at all. I suspect that you could work a tight dress if you wanted to. But I'd stick with the sun dress plan, especially since summer's nearly here.
