This is the thread for all your lewd roleplaying and smutcrafting needs. This thread is for (mostly) freeform roleplaying of a sexual nature. Create a character (it really works best if you use F-list) and jump in chat and have sexual misadventures. This is NOT your thread for posting Skype or kik or snapchat. We're not interested in cybering or sexting. The type of roleplaying for this thread is more like your (sex) Dungeons & Dragon (dildos). Don't feel like you *need* to be something fantastical, though, there's plenty of demand for anime schoolgirls and NEETs and wrestlers and punk rockers and other modern character types.

We'll provide advice and feedback on F-list characters, and if you post your profile or flirt in the thread, you might just get typefucked by the character of your dreams.

For examples of what we do, check out:

Rory got reported for defaming Dancing Moonlight. The only relevant thing I saw in chat about this was Rory mentioning that Dancing Moonlight had shitposted about Rory in the past, and had acknowledged it.

Sure. There are people who do actual Dungeons & Dragons type adventures with rules and character sheets and dice rolling. They aren't common but they do exist.

Then you also have DM-types that do completely freeform things. Primarily they play NPCs that interact with your characters, and create situations to react to.

Listen up kids, they have people in their own chat BEGGING you to stop the political shitpostery

[01:32] Alice Wyndham: Can you go one day without yelling at each other
[01:32] Alice Wyndham: Please
[01:32] Alice Wyndham: Rory is banninated and all
[01:32] Alice Wyndham: One day of not hating each other over having the Bad Opinions

And they don't. They just immediately continue arguing about how the murrica is racist and sexist all over.

If that's not what you want in your lewd chat, don't go there.

>>
>>23757547
It's pretty obvious who the shitposters are if you just talk to people in the room. Bad personalities stand out.

Part of the reason I don't bother with the room anymore. Not Rory, not the /pol/ redpill versus Tumblr SJW stupidity, not any of that, but the fact that the room is full of genuine sociopaths who try to act like it's not obvious who the bad seeds are. I have to lie enough in my daily life, I'll pass on dealing with it here too.

Have you seen me in the room lately? On the rare occasions I'm on F-Chat, I stay far the fuck away from any *chan-related rooms, and plan to continue doing so. Every time I've gotten involved in a 4chan community, some psychopath fixates on me, and it just kills my entire drive to participate. So I mostly just hang around the thread hoping that I'll feel inspired enough to actually do something sometime, but given how the thread usually goes, it mostly just does the opposite and makes me even less interested in trying to interact with anyone. I barely even post anymore anyway.

Reading the siterules now, not exactly. They'll give first and second warnings, but afterwards the policy according to the community guidelines is a timeout of variable length. It says that the next disciplinary step is a permanent ban, and attempting to evade a timeout upgrades you to a permanent.

So it seems like a case-by-case sort of deal

>Huh? Where'd this defaming happen. What'd they say.

That's it. Rory said Dancing Moonlight had shitposted about Rory in the past. It was such a throwaway statement that it didn't even register as defaming or harassment when I read it.
>>
>>23764080
everybody seems to be obsessed with shitposting abour rory, though, so it was a reasonable guess on his part.
>>
>>23764641
No need to guess, DM said it outright a while ago (couple months-ish?) in the thread, even identifying themselves by name. Which makes the whole thing sound pretty weird from the outside; I thought defamation required falsehood. This is just repeating the truth.
>>
>>23764676
It was for defamation and harassment, and several things fall into that rule.

https://wiki.f-list.net/Rules#Defamation_and_Harassment
>>
>>23764705
>Continually starting/participating in arguments
Welp.

That said, I don't actually see where "x person has shitposted in the past" falls under that rule. It's not even the "insulting/disrespecting" bit, it's just... stating facts. Like, actual demonstrable undeniable facts. It'd be like banning someone for saying water is wet, or saying that Mark Twain died on April 21, 1910.

F-List administration is so confusing and fickle.
>>
>>23763321

>>23763873
>Don't be gentle
Not much to say really, it's a pretty average profile as far as most standards go. If you had more character images and more custom kinks that got people engaged with the profile it would probably be better.
>>
>>23764747
https://wiki.f-list.net/Rules#Private_Rooms

>>
>>23764747

>>
>>23764955
Rory didn't say Dancing Moonlight belonged to an anonymous group (which would not make sense anyway), they just said that DM had shitposted in the past and had admitted to it.
>>
>>23764955

>DM said it outright a while ago (couple months-ish?) in the thread, even identifying themselves by name
Not particularly anonymous in that instance.

>>23764785
That's hilarious. I've seen Tumblr hugboxes with less insane rules than that.
>>
>>23764970
Except the only one identifying them was Rory, no declarations "that's a-me, mario!" from the other side.
>>
>>23764990
To the best of my knowledge, Rory got in trouble for defaming Dancing Moonlight. I'm not sure why you're bringing up this "anonymous group" or why we are still talking about this.
>>
>>23765006
Because "shitposters" are an anonymous groups which he assigned DM to.

And because they're anonymous, how ridiculous it is to declare that making that assignment is "just stating facts".
>>
>>23764990
>>23765024
I'm not talking about this thread, that would be silly. I'm talking about a thread from a month or two ago where, in the midst of the usual shitposting, DM voluntarily identified themselves as one of the contributors. I could go dig up the post on the archive, but it would take a while, especially since I'd rather be doing things that are actually fun, rather than trawling through a bog of unpleasantness to find a particular lump of shit in the mountain of shit.

Insofar as /soc/ posts are anonymous, but sure, I can give you that point. Maybe the "DM" post I remember was someone who spent an entire thread convincingly pretending to be DM. The post I'm remembering outright said "I'm DM", or some precise equivalent (nothing vague or general). Had an image attached, not that that's especially helpful. Either way, I'm okay with potentially being wrong on this one, especially since I'm not involved with any of it anymore, and have no intention of being involved at any point in the future. So I'm just gonna shrug and move on, and we can chalk this one up to Lili being crazy. Hardly the first time that's happened.

F-lists rules are so broad that much of the interpretation is completely up to the moderator. What Rory said is a bannable offense, but if this was his first offense there's little doubt that the mods would have just overlooked it.

It's not his first offense though, and the mods don't really have a personal stake in this one. He's been warned about his conduct before. Even minor infractions like this that most everyone gets away with are finally enough for them to give him a slap on the wrist.

Honestly this was a long time coming.

>>23765317
It's odd, I remember DM calling themselves out like Lili described, but I can't find it either. I don't think it's actually a question of whether or not DM posted here, but there really doesn't seem to be a "It's me, DM!" post anywhere.

The gist of it is that Malice got mad at the whole situation and told Chumpy McGoo that they were on the suspect list and disagreeing with me would probably make them more suspicious {{that's not really true in either case}} and said I was paranoid, and that it's not like only one person hates me or talks about me in the threads.
I said I'm aware of that, I know there's more than one person who hates me, one of them is Dancing Moonlight, but I only care about the threadshitter. {{Apparently using the term "threadshitter" didn't help my case}}

Essentially because mentioning DM made everyone think I was paranoid ("What? She's said as much and we've acknowledged each other :V") it looked like I was defaming DM by calling her the threadshitter. When I was actually saying that she's not {{And people have suggested that, but I dismissed it}}

What's really annoying is "I was literally doing the opposite of defamation" didn't seem to fly simply because I'd been in trouble for it in the past.

I also suspect whoever reported me was my threadshitter.

In other news: In light of recent events, and the ridiculous strawpoll last thread, I'm making a channel/thread survey.

For someone who doesn't have a stake in the matter, you seem to care more than literally anyone else in the thread. Nobody should participate in arguments in the threads. It's dumb and pointless.

>>23766242
>>Do you think Rory should remain the owner of the room, or should it be transferred to a different existing mod?

What DOES happen if the room owner gets perma banned? Is it just a matter of asking the site admins to transfer it to someone else?
>>

Probably. Despite weird and inconsistent rules and adjudication thereof, they're usually pretty good about handling uncommon edge cases (unused names, for example) with just a quick PM.
>>
>>23766206
Well, I thought I was being pretty subjective and if anything pessimistic (one of the "Strongly Agree" options is "it's not terrible"), but so far I'm told that it's narcissistic, or at least the question where I redo the strawpoll is.

Why even bother with the strawpoll question? You're going to stick around regardless of the answer, and the question was just shit-stirring anyhow. It's stupid to hinge one's staying or leaving on an opinion poll.
>>
>>23766242

>>
>>23766408
... why do you think I'd leave? I know a lot of people dislike me. When I was standing in the corner, I also had plenty of people tell me they like me. Neither opinion is really useful without context and detail.

I'm mostly trying to figure out what provides useful data points. If I wanted nonsense, I'd just ask the thread itself what they think with no effort to collect data.
>>
>>23766455
>why do you think I'd leave?
That's pretty clearly what the strawpoll was about. Any pretense of being otherwise was paper-thin.
>>
>>23766463
The strawpoll was also a clusterfuck made by someone who can barely spell and doesn't understand polls. That doesn't mean it can't have me curious.

I had planned to put up similar sections for the others, but since most of them avoid the threads, I don't know if anyone here would even know them. Also I just learned I can only have 10 questions, so clearly I need to rewrite the entire survey to be a single matrix ranking question.

You know that's not going to happen, especially since I love arguing. If Rory wants to take the group's opinions though, I think that's a good question to ask. I'd play some sort of female rookie investigating some sort of crime in progress. The perp could get the jump on her, beat her and then brutally rape her while threatening death constantly (gun to the head, knife to her throat, choking) and torturing her. Great observation :^)
>>
I filled out the survey I guess.
>>
>>23770497
We (well the thread, fuck knows whats going on in the channel, seems my declawing didn't improve things like, at all) would probobly be able to suction a good lot of the toxic-ness from the wound if we didn't have someone with an ego the size of a blimp, the aggression of a rabid foaming at the mouth gorrilla and the self-reflection of a mirror painted black.

I'm just really the first two things.
>>
>>23770211
It's not just the mods. Users in the channel complained to the mods about certain people all the time.

Including just someone's profile contents, not behavior.

>Makoto Inoue: What I mean is that it feels stupid. The settings don't feel realistic, and come off as a parody not of /pol/ but of feminism. It's the kind of view of the world that people like Internet Aristocrat would have.
>Makoto Inoue: It bothers me in that regard. It doesn't feel like you're saying "this viewpoint is great", it feels like you're saying "this way of thinking is shitty and these people are secret Fascists"
>Marcelline Theroux: then i have not told you about the other side
>Makoto Inoue: I feel like that shouldn't really matter. I mean, it's basically a /pol/ fever dream. "Feminists take over the world! THiS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!"
>Marcelline Theroux: I disagree
>Marcelline Theroux: I'll look it over though
>Marcelline Theroux: I'll let you know that it's not my intention
>Makoto Inoue: I actually just got a complaint in PM saying that :V
>Makoto Inoue: That it feels like a weird parody, but not of pol stuff.
>Marcelline Theroux: what
>Marcelline Theroux: what complaint?
>Marcelline Theroux: seriously though I mean no harm
>Marcelline Theroux: I'll get on a different character
>Caramella: It's faintly offputting, but the same way the uncanny valley is. It feels "off" but it's so hard to pinpoint why.
>Makoto Inoue: [23:31] Marcelline Theroux: what complaint?
>I don't mean like "ugh, ban this shitter", more like... oh, Caramella put it into words while I was off shitposting about my life to a friend on Facebook.
>Marcelline Theroux: I'll tone it down

If it's not about "ban them pls," why did they even message a mod about it? Who messages a channel mod to kinkshame someone's dystopia?
>>
>>23770548
Wait, she made a complaint to room moderation to kinkshame someone's profile because she doesn't like the kink? So I can complain that she's always talking about fucking eye-sockets and that makes me uncomfortable and expect her to drop her kink?
>>
>Makoto Inoue: What I mean is that it feels stupid. The settings don't feel realistic, and come off as a parody not of /pol/ but of feminism. It's the kind of view of the world that people like Internet Aristocrat would have.

But I agree! Why can't this bigot here put more thought and realism into their magical realm setting?

Now if you don't mind, I need to make a crazed shemale Infernal stylistically based off of Riddick and who's probobly going to have a ton of uh, consumption related charms. By consumption I mean pretty much vore.

I feel like i'd make a perfect Orwellion Facist-Owner for a channel. I even spent a long shower just now thinking about rules if I did.

Unfortunately I feel like even my most "famous" character is too "literally who" for me to get any traction or support.
>>
>>23770194
What kind of character do you play/play with so far. You been at this long?
>>
>>23770741
The oldest character I have in a context related to the /erp/ threads around here is 2 years old.

You want me to be perfectly honest, Heiho? If I had the authority to kick room ownership to anyone in our little orgy of a community, my first choice would be Aislinne. BUT! You and Lilithan would be on that list too if you so much as raised your hand.

The important thing to note about chatroom ownership is that the owner/operator/head admin/whatever the fuck your fancy ass chat program calls the leader is effectively immune to any rules they set, so it's imperative to have someone who will lead by example.

Don't hold your breath though. I doupt room ownership is going to be passed along to anyone who isn't one of the 3 active mods in the room out of ten or so inactive ones that just fill space and were promoted because... Because it was 2015 then, son. Personally, I'm just waiting for someone to barge in saying that the results of the survey are all wrong because of some crypto-moonlogic pulled out of someones ass.
>>
>>23770779
>You and Lilithan would be on that list too if you so much as raised your hand.

I don't think Lilithan can do that, being banned from the room.

Spruce it up and post it anyways! Or just post it. Because personally, I think you need a lil' revive!
>>
>>23770787
I didn't think Lilithan was banned. Was she?
>>
>>23770792
Dante Stryker is on the banlist, and Dante Stryker is one of Lilithan's profiles.
>>
>>23770779
>>23770787
If I was actually going to try something, i'd make the RC Cola to the other room's Coke and Pepsi.

Or maybe the Shasta/Faygo to the other Channel's Coke and Pepsi and RC Cola.

>>23770754
At the heart of every submissive character is a self-hating Dom.*

(*Not an actual quote, probably doesn't apply to anyone but me.)
>>
>>23770787
You're shittin me. Really?

Oh fuck. She's Dante Striker, You're right. Okay... For what reason? Because I'm begining to think that out of all nine of the banned profiles that mine is the only one that's justified!
>>
>>23770807
So you know Lilithan well enough to trust to be a channel admin. You know Dante Stryker well enough that his name stood out in the banlist. But you did not know they were the same person.

This seems wrong.
>>
>>23770817
Yep, Whoops. She still seems like she'd be politically neutral enough for the job.

This is why any political discussion should be nipped at the bud immediately.

Also example of why certain types of links should be disallowed. Art and Porn, cute cat vids and an innocuous imgur link or two is generally fine. Opinion Pieces on "News Sites", Youtube dissertations on the deep flaws of some videogame you hate and political news links only cause pointless acknowledgement at best, and vitriolic arguments at worst.

And pointless "I agree" fluff isn't an adequate enough replacement for a conversation to warrant the potential downside.
>>
>>23770915
And I thought letting slip that I had ol'Harold declawed was banal. At least I had some reasonable infractions and unwanted behavior leading up to it.
>>
>>23770817
They have like 10 thousand alts like Rory does, who the hell can remember them all.
>>
>>23770994
Being an asshole about a major terrorist attack right after it had happened when someone in the channel is from that country isn't "reasonable infractions and unwanted behavior"? There's no way you could say that's not an insensitive dick move, unless you're just shit-stirring, which I'm beginning to believe you are, since you've done a full 180 on basically everything I thought I knew about you.

Well, so I took a few months off from the threads to see if things would improve in them at all. They haven't. In fact, if this is any indication, they have only gotten worse. What a gnarled, pus-seeping wound of a thread, utterly bereft of contentment.

It's always nice to have vindication, but in this case... I think I would've preferred being proven wrong.
>>
>>23771109
Is this supposed to offer anything besides smug self-satisfaction?
>>
>>23771083
Is delusionally defending an asshole/being TIDF the same as saying something shitty about the attack itself?

>>23771109
Did you take a break from the channel too. Apparently that's had a shakeup or two.
>>
>>23771132
Not really, no. There's one solution to the problem of the threads and the only person who can do anything about it won't, so... self-imposed exile seems like the next-best choice.

>>23771140
There is nothing redeeming about the channel. The major voices in it are miserable, miserable people who seem to be constantly ahunt for something new to be outraged or indignant about. It is a morass in which human happiness goes to die an undignified death.
>>
>>23771083
I assume you are Mai? I've read this log about four times now and really its her right there who ends up escalating things. Ignoring what fascism is and isn't, there's no way to know if the picture is made to promote trump, defame the crazy man or if it was slapped together apolitically because someone thought it would be a little bit funny. I stand by my stance.

>>23771144
/tg/chat (Large, Apolitical, mods will end fights with a giant hammer if any shit starts). Atechan /erp/ (bit more of a right-leaning slant I can assure). /erp/ lounge (I heard it has more of a centralist-left position with the mods, but I only idle in there so I don't know. Less heated, I can assure you).
>>
>>23771169
And that's why I'll continue to avoid any room you exist in.
>>
>>23771169
The Lounge is fine. People still know how to relax and have fun in the Lounge, by and far. The Mother Chat has always been too large for my tastes, and everybody involved in trying to wrangle that monolithic nightmare has my full condolences. I've dealt with moderating large channels before, and I wouldn't wish that on the illegitimate, gene-spliced lovechild of Stalin, Hitler, and Pol Pot.
>>
>>23771169
That's obviously Lili.
>>
>>23771109
Considering who you left behind in hopes of fixing things, does the current state of affairs really come as much of a shock?
>>
>>23771174
I'm sorry you feel this way. With this said, you know you can just block someone which will make them not show up in your userlist as well as making it so any messages they post will not be shown.

>>23771190
If you mean the ID, then you had me for a moment before I stopped and wondered why she would be defending the moderator actions so vibrantly.
>>
>>23771214
>why
Because they think Dante was being a giant dick. Duh.

Mai called Dante a fascist and suggested that it was therefore okay to theoretically tell him to go kill himself, but stopped using personal attacks after that. Dante called them autistic and retarded in return and kept going.
>>
Man, I forgot the survey means that people are going to bitch in the thread...

"Disagreeing with the mods" is not what gets people banned. Repeatedly saying the same stupid things after you were asked to stop is.

The survey is "egotistical" because you people can't quit me, even when I'm gone for the better part of a week. I regret not asking for more info, in fact.

>>23770499
>>23770493
Jessica was banned for not realizing why the channel got upset that the player called a transsexual prostitute he picked up in Bangkok a shemale ("don't judge me") and then playing the victim card instead of just apologizing. More to the point, they were Drake Absinthe and dodging that ban, for more or less saying "I don't believe transgender people even after seeing scientific data".

>>23770548
>If it's not about "ban them pls," why did they even message a mod about it? Who messages a channel mod to kinkshame someone's dystopia?
"Complaint" as in mean jokes that would be rude in channel.

>>23770576
>Saying I was calling them a bigot
The setting literally looks like something you think will actually happen :V
SJWs take over the world and start forcibly feminizing internet personalities

>>23770787 >>23770798 >>23770792
Huh. Well, we've unbanned Dante anyway. I'm surprised that was Lilithan. Seems she was doing that "no OOC/IC divide" thing. Which is also why we originally banned Marceline. And kind of a terrible time to do such a thing, considering >>23771083 .
If you can't understand the problem with literally "My country was attacked by terrorists and my day has been inundated with racism and lies and the hateful words of a foreign politician trying to engender hatred", you're completely ignorant. Whether Mai was escalating or not, I'm going to say that being pissed off in the wake of a major fucking terror attack is a pretty good excuse.
