The excess of skin/muscle around the mouth wasnt there 5 years ago, it was the result of 15 years of mouth breathing.
Now i cant close my mouth without having an excess of face escaping outward
The bones of the jaw keep growing in your 20s, if you mouthbreath the jaw grows downward instead of to the "front", over time this growth fucks your face even more (skin and muscles adapt to the growth of the bone) giving you more problems as time goes by

Why didn't you stop breathing through your mouth? I got hit in the nose when I was 14, started consciously nose breathing when I was like 20, 2 years ago, for some time I've been keeping tongue on the roof on the mouth and my face looks pretty harmonious/defined. I do have kinda recessed jaws from that mouthbreathing but it's not dramatic and hopefully braces + correct tongue posture will help fix it.

I thought about getting a consultation but people tell me mine looks normal. I think it's misaligned.
