Long version, the first few days you are constantly reminded of it. You feel it when you walk, when you sit, when you stand. You feel it especially in the morning when you wake up and your morning wood pulls your balls. Strongly.
You think everybody around you must know because surely your pants must bulge massively.
You cannot piss into a urinal anymore, because your piss stream might go straight, or at a weird and unpredictable angle, or into multiple directions at once. So you sit your ass down and pee like a girl. (This is actually one of the weirdest conditionings I had, after I got "out" after a looooong lockup, still automatically going into the stall and only slowly relearning the option and the advantage of pissing while standing.)
If you own a cheap (~$30) cage, this is where it stops. If however you bought a decent one (like the HTv2, as in OP's pic) after about one or two weeks you will get used to all this, and while morning wood still may be a thing, or sometimes you might get sweatier than usual balls, you start to mostly forget about it, or rather you stop noticing the extraordinary because it has become the norm. Some folks, including me, will report that your shlong indeed shrinks a bit (but no worries, it gets back to normal size after 1-2 normal wankings) or that your morning wood diminishes. YMMV.
Some other behavioural changes may turn up. You get horny fairly easy (easier than without imho) and also real desperate sometimes, because lets face it, fapping feels good, thus not doing it puts you somewhat on endorphine withdrawal, which does weird things to your brain.

I present in a butch fashion and I understand that until more of my physical characteristics become more feminine, I'll still get read as a cis man. I have no issue with that, but wearing clothing and other things that would imply mixed gender variance in presentation can be hard to figure out.
Probably getting to know someone and establishing a connection before anything serious feels like the best way to go about it. Being open about being trans is really difficult but can be rewarding depending on the situation.
