That looks a lot better, actually really good. Looks very natural to me. In my experience most people assume that you want something when you smile at them for no reason. Some times when I practice they slow down at which point I just greet them. Sometimes they smile back.

I've got the same problem as OP. Consciously smiling for a camera just makes it feel unnatural. I've been told I have a nice smile when I laugh though, so I guess thats ok.
