You're like a NW 2. It could stay that way for a while or it could continue to get worse. I would recommend taking pictures in the same conditions every few months to see if it gets worse. If it does keep getting worse I would recommend starting Finasteride. Have you been noticing a lot of shedding man (lots of hair in the shower, hair all over your desk, etc)?

since it's pretty clear-cut doesn't really look like you're balding. some guys. especially blonde ones, have naturally 'bad' hairlines and sorta might look like they've been balding when in fact they haven't.
