I've been working at this for a few years now. I wish I could see more physical progress but 2013-2016 is about a 60 pound difference.
I was at my peak of 180 back in 2013. 2014 was probably around 160, 2015 around 140, and now 2016 at 125-130. I know 2016 doesn't fit the bikini theme so it's hard to really tell, I'm just waiting on the annual summer swim trip my friends do that I'm using to measure my progress.
My goal weight is 115. Hoping by 2017 I can make and maintain it.

I see this pattern a lot, yo. a huge part of my family still lives in Peru, and I see this shit every time I go there. all the young people move away from the rural towns and flock to the capital in hopes of finding jobs, a better future, etc. the big cities are often not prepared for such huge increases in population and it makes everything really unstable. The thing is, even though I do have those thoughts from time to time, from hereon now I know I'll never do it as I know how much the death of brother was to my family (his death was due to asthma). Background info: he died like 17 years ago and most of my family digested it and moved on somewhat quickly, yet my dad is still hung up on it and my other brother got a couple tattoos relating the event.
I've done numerous chugs, but I've never tried an entire 40. Even though I stopped it in time, eating a meal 40 minutes before and then trying to chug a 40 will result in vomit. Trust me. hahaa I'll post it here soon when it's done converting.
