Furthermore, Transitioning does have a lot to do with your lifestyle. You are engaging in an endeavor that aims at altering your body through methods such as hormones, surgery, presenting yourself differently, and other ways. It definitely effects your life in a major way, so I don't understand why you dont say that transitioning at least has some level of lifestyle alteration behind it.
I want to reiterate that I do not think being transgender is a lifestyle choice, as most people don't choose it. If I had a choice, I would certainly not be trans. (sadly, we don't get that choice :c)
