I like brown hair personally with green eyes. But I'd rather be with a guy who's blonde or ginger than dyed. When the roots start coming in it looks horrid, and part of the appeal of dark hair is the dark brows and eyelashes which most people don't try to match at all (especially lashes). Honestly though I place a lot more importance on facial structure than coloring and I think that's true for a lot of us. Embrace your blonde. Many girls probably prefer it to dark hair anyway.

Even better! I'm a natural ginger too. In my experience people love it or hate it, on women anyway. I highlighted mine for years to trick people into thinking I'm blonde but now I don't do anything to it at all and I get way more attention. People stop me on the street to compliment my hair. Ginger hair stands out and makes you unique. Definitely embrace it.
Also, if I weren't ginger myself I'd probably go for them. I think the only reason I prefer dark haired guys is because it's different than me.
