My roommate and I started off playing Edward 40 hands but have since moved into just playing PS2. Had some Mjod last night which was really nice. Did back and arms in the gym today so Edward 40 hands hurt like hell too lol

I haven't played Edward 40 Hands in awhile. I was doing all cardio today at the gym. I'm from Wisconsin, although I'm in Chicago now. So I guess beer doesn't really have too much of an effect on me.
>>
>>23533460
It was fun, we are chugging cheap beer and playing music and games. I miss Chicago, been a while since I was up there. Chicago pizza is the best though

IDK my tony hawk skills.. are skill like.. ha. Is burnout the one where you could get points for seeing how bad you could trash your car. Like that was one mode? I know the more recent burnout games but not the PS2 one. And your gifs rock. My pics would be boring. Still drinking beer and watching jeopardy.
>>
>>23533724

Just watching jeopardy.. and so thought I just got the final jeopardy but didn't. so close :( and... trying not to drink too many beers so my 2 hours of work tomorrow doesn't suck.
How old are you then? =o

Ya 27 in a couple weeks... Ahhh. Haha I whine about it so much. My friends are probably annoyed.
>>
>>23533977
Not OP of this thread, but I feel ya. lol Sometimes it seems like high school was years and years ago. I suppose it depends on what time you have to work those two hours. Something like 7-9am would suuuuck

Figured it was a long shot. He's a friend of mine that lives up there in Toronto, him and a guy named Phil Tougas.

>>23533998

Sure.. Anyone can advise me but be warned I suck at replying when its not a night like tonight. Super busy :(:(

>>23534035

>>23534080
It's all good. Yeah, I could imagine it being tough keeping track of peoples names, especially if you teach large classes. IT sounds like it'd be interesting. What kind of aspect of it?
>>
>>23534080
It's okay lol no worries :) I'm not like that, just would love to chat more with you :D what is it??
>>
>>23534105
System administration in windows and Linux environments. Networking. Scripting for back end systems. I freaking love Linux and teaching it but I hardly get those courses because everyone wants them. Way more fun than windows.
>>
>>23534080

>>
>>23534121
Interesting. I've always wanted to venturing into learning some programming, but I always get busy/sidetracked with other shit, that I end up not doing anything. I mean, I used to know how to use Dreamweaver to build awesome websites (whatever language that's in), but I forget almost everything I learned.

In Linux, do you basically create/work on everything within the OS?

>>23534130
I'm surprised you haven't broken out some of the Cranberry Shandy yet. hahaha Yeah, that got pretty dark and serious last night. Hopefully she got some help and is alright.

>>23534142
Your roommate seems like a lively dude. haha
>>
>>23534166
Nice dubs. And yes lol. 22 and living it. Exercise science major though

>>23534188
Dubs too wow. It did get dark. Tonight will hopefully stay positive. Glad I finally got you on BA and look forward to starting trades! I hope she's alright too
>>
>>23534188
Ya I can do pretty much everything Linux. I teach like what you'd have at a company that runs all their PCs. User accounts and all other services that people use.

I love programming. It's all about logic. Language doesn't matter much once you get the logic. Its like a puzzel to me.

wadap, thread. drinking some overly sweet wine here (wish I had beer)
>>
>>23534204
Yeah man, looking forward to doing some trades as well. Just hit me up any time.

>>23534205
Sounds pretty fascinating. So, in a general sense, languages like C++, Java, etc. are similar?

>>23534211
Hey, it's you (not sure what your name is)! What kind of wine is it?
>>
>>23534204
Be a personal trainer? They do well I think. Is it a bachelor of science or arts?
>>
>>23534188
Yea always the same logic. They just don't different ways. Like Java calls it a method and C calls it a function, but almost exactly the same thing.
>>
>>23534218
I am in big search of a beer called Holy Mackerel from Florida, beyond that anything is fair game.

>>23534219
It is a BA but there are fast tracks. I love being in the gym and doing anything physical, though I negate all of it with beer lol. My main is and always will be music though <3

You are way smarter than I it seems
>>
>>23534218
wadap spencerrrrrr. heh, call me T, that's usually what I go by. It's supposed to be sauvignon blanc but it's horrible. I'm not much of a wine-o but goddamn that shit is waaaayyy too sweet. how's your week going?
>>
>>23534241
Ya but brains isn't everything. I don't work out and like not nice body except my assets.. Which most boys like anyways.. Haha. I'm like semi fat with stuff! See so you have that on me!

Nice music eh? Natural talent? Or just listening and stuff. I love music too lots of concerts and stuff but almost no talent.

that is my favorite beer of all time ever

i'm drinking Schlafly's Coffee Stout tonight, already had one of their Oatmeal Stouts. I got the last of the Schlafly Stout Bouts my local place had, and I've been working through the different flavors. I think the extra stout is my favorite so far.

Been drinking and eating hot and spicy cheezits and playing burnout paradise on steam tonight. its fuckin tite. especially the cheezits.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cinJDxLUsNY
>>
>>23534260
Well work them assests and keep killing it in the personality and intelligence department cause I can say the latter means more. I had to teach myself everything and practice every day. I love it. Somehow on a Molly Hatchet record now. They actually go hard. I play more pop punk and rock stuff

>>23534267
Burnout bro!
>>
>>23534267
Lol... New burnout. If you read up youd find friends playing old burnout.

I'm assuming American craft beer. It's funny cause I drink tons of craft but in Canada its all different!
>>
>>23534225
Ah, ok. I getcha. Seems it'd be one of those things where it'd take some time to get the hang of, but once you do, you'll have an endless sea of options to change and manipulate within the OS.

>>23534241
Holy Mackerel, the brewery?

>>23534243
Not too much at all! My week's been aight, could be better and I need to do some things, but yeah. How about you? And got it, T.

Hey, if the Sauv Blanc makes you feel good, that's all that matters with wine. Right? hahaha

>>23534267
Buffalo Sweat is some pretty good stuff, though I just wish it was a little bit more beefed up. Something like around 7-7.5%abv would do it right. That Coffee Stout from Schlafly is good too. Have you had their Barrel Aged Imperial Stout? It's not the greatest BA Imp Stout of all time, but it's a solid offering and it sits on the shelves around me, which is awesome because it means I can just scoop one up any time I want. ha
>>
>>23534284
Lol pop punk. Adorable. I've had 2 SRS boyfriends who were all pop punk. I do more scremo/emo (which is hilarious at my age cause ita like 18yo girls at the concerts)... Stuff like that.. Idk progressive rock? Genres are funny. Oh and some punk and ska. Bit of metal. And don't know that band/Artist
>>
>>23534330

What kind of Metal are you into?

For me, I used to be into punk and pop-punk back in like 2003-04. But then, for a summer, I got into hardcore punk and then immediately got into Progressive Metal (Dream Theater) and Death Metal (Cannibal Corpse).
>>
>>23534327
Ya logic is crazy. I see students who will never get it. It can be hard to grasp when learning.

And well with those languages you make software/applications. You don't make OSs but you can learn even easier languages go do cool stuff within an OS.
>>
>>23534327
I feel that. This week has been filled with stuff I need to catch up on. Want it 2 be over already.
Heh, you're right but it's making me so thirsty because it's so sweet lol. Must make sure I drink a lot of water so I'm not hungover tomorrow

Omg I like cradle. In flames. Darkest hour. Suff like that

Yeah, I meant like doing awesome things within the OS. Def. seems like you have to give it some serious focus for it to "click", if that makes sense.

>>23534373
Word. Haven't listened to In Flames in foreverrrr. I mainly listen to Death Metal, Black Metal, and Doom Metal (with handfuls of others thrown in).

You might dig this band: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-et1avPAIY

Paradise is so zen. You just drive around the city and hit shit if you want. I've been playing for like 4 hours and haven't even driven on all the roads

And yeah, Schlafly is based out of St Louis

Haven't tried the Barrel Aged Imp Stout, probably because I haven't had a Barrel Aged anything that I've particularly cared for, honestly. Any recs outside the Schlafly?
