Had made a thread on /fa/ but only got a few responses, so I felt like trying here.
I'm going to get under-bite surgery in a month and my doctors are suggesting to only pull my upper teeth/jaw forward and not a combination of relocating both rows of teeth/jaws.
Ultimately it's my decision but I can't really assess what would be better.

They're saying it would cost me less and stress my body less too, and that if they were to pull my jaw back it would make the center of my face stick out too much because of my Jew nose, but I feel like my face might end up looking too 'long' if they only work on my upper teeth, what does /soc/ think?
