Thanks man :) First, be thankful for your metabolism, I'm the same. Guys like us have it easier maintaining a lean body. The secret to reaching your goal is being persistent and reaching the point where working out becomes routine like brushing your teeth. I literally only work out 3 times a week and 45min-1hr each session. I only do compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, dips, pullups, military press and some occasional abs work). Just eat when you're hungry and stay away from bad food and you'll reach your goal in 6 months.

Appreciate the insight. Ive only just started working out after 2 years of being a near-NEET. Persistance is a hard one for me, depression sucks.
Anyway, I'll look into all that you've just said. I eat healthy af anyway so thats not a problem, but Im having a hard time believing you dont do anything like running or cycling or anything though... Where does your body's definition come from?

You can, you're just not eating enough consistently. TRACK your calories and macros, and make sure you're getting enough every day. Whole milk makes it easy for me to get the 3500 cals I need.
