Depends on where you live I wouldn't use plywood desu, it suffices but fibreboard/MDF is better and you'll need maybe 2-3 pieces depending on density, get some glue/rubber, cut rubber and you're good, I made my own a while back. Either way i'd just settle on bunnings, mucking around with psycho's on gumtree hardly ever works out. If you are from Adelaide I'll give you the left over fibreboard/glue I have from when I made mine. Nyways, best of luck.

eh, it's not really that bad. just doesn't have the prestige as the other brisbane unis. most law courses nowadays are just retention (hence why i dropped out), but the contacts you make in law schools are still really important, especially if you want to work in the private sector.
from recollection admission into uq law entails a 6.5 gpa from non go8 unis... which isn't too bad if you're good at law. if you're not you might as well drop out, since 2nd and 3rd year gets much harder.
i'm told QUT is good for corporate law as well. the problem is that they churn out so many students each year the market is saturated... but it's always been a bit like that.

Also you'll probably have to take a rural posting, but some places considered "rural" in Australia are pretty fucking awesome and only a 40-50 minute cheap flight away from a major city. Easy to do weekend trips, although on an RN salary you might struggle a bit financially at first. Just start studying to be an EN once you get here, way better salary.
